This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or work with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the control you have over it. If anything here is unclear, ask us — we would rather explain it than have you guess.

01Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly — for example when you book a call, send us an enquiry, sign a proposal, make a payment, or share brand assets and product details so we can build your store. That usually means your name, email address, phone number, business name, billing details and anything else you choose to send us.

We also collect a small amount of technical information automatically when you browse this site: IP address, browser and device type, referring page and the pages you viewed.

02How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the branding, website, packaging and photography work you have engaged us for
  • Respond to your enquiries and schedule your calls
  • Process payments and issue invoices
  • Coordinate fulfilment with our vendor where you have opted into it
  • Improve this site and understand which parts of it are useful
  • Send you service updates, and marketing you have asked to receive

03Information sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to run the service, and only with parties who are bound to protect it:

  • Payment processors, to take payment securely
  • Hosting, email, scheduling and analytics providers we use to operate
  • Our fulfilment vendor, where you have chosen vendor fulfilment, so orders can be shipped under your label
  • Professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it

04Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your data we cannot guarantee absolute security.

05Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

Where advertising or analytics tools are in use, they may set their own cookies. Those providers are governed by their own privacy policies.

06Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time, using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us

To exercise any of these, email us at hello@skincarebrandlab.com. We will respond within the timeframe the law allows.

07Data retention

We keep your information for as long as we need it to deliver your project, and afterwards for as long as we are required to for tax, accounting and legal purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

08Children

This site and our services are intended for adults running or starting a business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
