These terms cover how you may use this site, what we deliver when you engage us, what we need from you in return, and who owns what at the end. Your individual project agreement sits on top of this and takes precedence where the two differ.
01Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or engaging Skincare Brand Lab (“Skincare Brand Lab”, “we”, “us”) for any service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this site or our services.
02Use licence
You may view and temporarily download one copy of the materials on this site for personal, non-commercial use only. This is a licence, not a transfer of title, and under it you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use them for any commercial purpose or public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software on the site
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notation
- Mirror the materials on any other server
This licence terminates automatically if you breach any of these restrictions.
03Description of services
Skincare Brand Lab provides done-for-you brand building for skincare businesses. Depending on the package you engage us for, that may include brand identity and strategy, packaging and label design, e-commerce website design and build, product and model photography, launch assets, and coordination of vendor fulfilment.
The exact scope, timeline and deliverables for your project are set out in your individual proposal or agreement. Where that document conflicts with these Terms, that document takes precedence.
04Client responsibilities
To let us do our best work, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business and products
- Give timely feedback and approvals at each review stage
- Supply any assets, content or access we need to proceed
- Pay the agreed fees when they fall due
- Ensure your products, ingredients, claims and labelling comply with the laws and cosmetic regulations that apply in the territories you sell into
05Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for your project — your logo, brand assets, packaging artwork, website design and the licensed imagery agreed in your scope.
We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, working files and any pre-existing materials. Third-party assets such as fonts, stock elements and platform themes remain subject to their own licences.
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may display the finished work in our portfolio and marketing.
06Payment terms
Fees, deposits and instalment dates are set out in your individual project agreement. Work begins once the agreed deposit clears.
Overdue payments may result in project delays, paused delivery or suspension of service. Fees are quoted exclusive of any taxes that may apply to you.
07Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skincare Brand Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of this site or our services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

09Revisions and errata
The materials on this site may include technical, typographical or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete or current, and we may change them at any time without notice.
10Third-party links and platforms
This site and our deliverables may reference or rely on third-party services — e-commerce platforms, payment providers, apps and fulfilment vendors. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing or policies.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Skincare Brand Lab is established, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts for any dispute arising out of them.
